Robert was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. He attended Bentley College and the University of South Florida (B.A., 1984) and Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law (J.D., 1987). He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, The Florida Bar and the American Bar Association. He was formerly Vice Chairman of the Grievance Committee for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit. His practice areas include: commercial litigation, real estate litigation, insurance coverage, healthcare law, business torts and noncompete agreements.
